I've had wonderful experiences at Hagerstown Dermatology & Skincare. The staff is incredibly kind!! The atmosphere is sort of like you are at a spa.. very calming. Johanna is the BEST! She has so much knowledge and is looking out for your best interest. If you do not need more treatment in certain areas, she will tell you the truth on what she recommends. She is not in this profession thinking, “ Oh yes, more $”… She really cares about all her clients. She makes me feel confident and educated about my skin. 100/10

Johanna, the owner and Nurse Practitioner, is outstanding—warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She offers expert care across all aspects of dermatology and skin health, and takes the time to really listen, explain, and make every visit feel personal. Her staff is equally wonderful—friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to creating a positive experience. The service is fantastic from start to finish, and the entire experience is both professional and deeply caring. Highly, highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Johanna understands and addresses her clients unique individual needs. She makes great recommendations, explains treatment options and procedures clearly, and never makes me feel silly about asking questions. The practice is clean, modern, and comfortable. The team is great, appointments are easy to schedule and change in emergent situations, and also, April is possibly the happiest person you’ll meet!
